Terms of Service
Last updated 2026-08-06
1. Agreement
By downloading or using DevOmni you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the app.
2. The service
DevOmni performs scheduled availability checks against endpoints you configure and delivers notifications about the results. It is a monitoring aid, not a guarantee of uptime.
3. Your account
You are responsible for the email address you sign in with and for keeping your project push keys confidential. Anyone holding a push key can send messages to that project. Rotate a key immediately if you believe it has been exposed.
4. Acceptable use
- Only monitor endpoints you own or are explicitly authorised to monitor. Using DevOmni to probe systems without permission is prohibited.
- Do not use the service to send unlawful, abusive or misleading content.
- Do not attempt to overload, reverse-engineer or gain unauthorised access to the service.
We may suspend accounts that violate these rules.
5. Availability
We work to keep DevOmni running reliably, but the service is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind. Checks may be delayed or missed during maintenance, network incidents or upstream outages.
6. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, iCloser Ltd. is not liable for indirect or consequential losses, including losses arising from a missed or delayed alert. DevOmni should not be your only safeguard for a critical system.
7. Changes and termination
We may modify or discontinue features, and may update these terms. You can stop using the service and delete your account at any time from Me → Delete Account.
